Our olives are sustainably sourced from a single estate in Apulia, Italy, where the locals have been tending to olive trees for generations. Growing in the hills around Apulia, up to 590 ft above sea level, some trees have reached the ripe old age of 200.

Where tradition meets modernity

Our olives are best harvested in the winter, from the end of October to January. While olive oil naturally has a long shelf-life, we keep it as fresh as possible by making sure the olives are milled within eight hours of being harvested. The oil is then kept in carefully temperature-controlled containers to keep it at its best without the need for any preservatives.

	<li>Our 100% coratina olives are grown on a single estate in Apulia, Italy by Valeria and Sebastiano, whose family has run the farm for generations.</li>
	<li>They’re hand-picked by our farmers during the winter harvest season, between the end of October and January. Around 11 lbs of olives are needed to make one litre of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil.</li>
	<li>Our olives are milled within 8 hours of harvesting and the oil is kept in specially temperature controlled containers to keep it fresh.</li>
