How to enjoy: When baking, substitute your normal wheat flour for almond flour. In some denser recipes you can make a direct swap, but in others you may need to experiment with combining almond flour with another giuten-free flour to maintain the right texture.

    Far superior than any other almond flour on the market!!!

    WOW! This must be the most superior quality almond flour. It is ground very finely and tastes heavenly added to your morning granola as suggested on the packaging. However, it is also a fantastic replacement for flour if you fancy baking cookies, muffins, financiers, etc. I would argue it is incomparable with the other options currently available on the market. I am just not convinced with the packaging. I had to move it to a different container because the plastic is very fine and break very easily. In any case, it is not a bad idea to keep this stuff in the fridge anyway.

    Almond flour is one of my absolute favs and this Erbology one is by far the most superior. I literally use it in any and every sweet recipe that calls for flour – cookies, brownies, muffins, pancakes, raw desserts… you name it! I’ve also used it in a few savoury recipes mixed in with other gluten-free flours and it always adds a lovely edge to the flavour.

About our organic almond flour

Our raw, organic almonds are cold-pressed and carefully ground into our fine almond flour. Substitute your normal flour for almond flour to make gluten-free cakes, cookies and pastries, or add it into smoothies for a flavourful nutrient boost.

Our almond flour is also completely soluble in water, making it easy to make your own homemade almond milk. A refreshing, regenerating drink, almond milk has been produced by Sicilian monasteries since the Middle Ages and is known for aiding digestion.

Make your own plant-based milk.

Simply stir two teaspoons of our Organic Almond Flour into 100ml hot or cold water and mix until fully dissolved. Refrigerate and consume within two days. Add your almond milk to your breakfast bowl or smoothie, or treat yourself to a homemade almond milk latte.

Sustainably sourced.

  1. We work with small organic farmers in Italy to grow our almonds sustainably.
  2. Our farmers hand-pick the nuts during their harvest season between August and September. They immediately dry and carefully store the unshelled nuts in humidity-controlled containers until they are ordered.
  3. Once ordered, the almonds are shelled and then cold-pressed and carefully ground into a fine flour. Around 2.5kg of almonds are needed to make 1kg of our flour.
  4. We pack the almond flour into environmentally-friendly packaging and ship it to you, to enjoy at home.
