Why we love Jerusalem artichoke powder
About our Jerusalem artichoke powder
Our crunchy, earthy Jerusalem artichoke powder is a tasty way to add prebiotic fibre to your diet.
Jerusalem artichoke is naturally rich in inulin fibre, a non-digestible type of fibre which the good bacteria in your gut are able to break down and consume. That makes it a fabulous prebiotic that helps with digestion and immunity.
Our Jerusalem Artichoke Powder also naturally contains iron and B vitamins, in particular thiamine (vitamin B1), essential for the healthy functioning of the nervous system and muscles.
- Sustainably sourced.
- Our Jerusalem artichoke is grown sustainably by small farmers in Eastern Europe. About 5 kilos of fresh raw tubers are needed to make 1 kilo of our powder.
- They’re hand-picked by our farmers during their annual harvest season of October to April. Then, they are dried within two days of the harvest to keep them fresh.
- We grind the tubers and pack the powder into environmentally-friendly amber glass jars.
- We ship them to you, to enjoy at home.

Fantastic gluten substitute
Kaspara
I find the artichoke powder to be a great substitute to flour when thickening sauces, or when baking breakfast muffins as it has a natural nutty flavour.

The product I didn't know I needed!
I am obsessed with anything that promotes Gut health. I wish I had known about this product earlier. I have only been using for 5 days now so it’s quite early for me to be able to tell whether I feel any difference in my overall health. I would definitely continue incorporating this into my diet daily as I am curious to see the effects it would have on my gut and overall immunity. The great thing about it is that the powder doesn’t taste of anything so you can literally add it to anything.
