Sustainably sourced
Grown in Calabria, Italy, our bergamot juice comes from organic feminello, fantastico and castagnaro cultivars. Our farmers hand-pick the fruit when the harvest season arrives, between November and March each year.
The bergamot is then cold-pressed and the juice frozen to keep it fresh. We then bottle our bergamot in small batches, in recyclable glass bottles, and ship our shots to you, to enjoy at home.
