About our triphala powder

Triphala is one of the most important herbal mixtures in the Ayurvedic tradition and is made of three fruits: amla (Indian gooseberry), bibhitaki and haritaki. Each of these three special fruits bring health benefits of their own, but when combined they make a powerful trio.

  1. The fruits used in our triphala powder are grown sustainably by small farmers in India and harvested throughout the year.
  2. The amla, haritaki and bibhitaki in our triphala blend come from the regions of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. The fruits are sun-dried on the farm, powdered and packed into environmentally-friendly amber glass jars. We then ship our triphala to you, to enjoy at home.
