I'd like to add more vitamin E to my diet. Is almond oil a good choice?

Vitamin E is very important for your body for a number of reasons. It assists you in processing Vitamin K, good for bone and blood health. It also helps your body fight harmful free radicals, increasingly a problem in this day and age where Earth is ill. A 3.5oz serving of sweet almond oil more than satisfies the FDA daily recommended allowance of Vitamin E!(1)
