How to enjoy
Mix ¼ – ½ tsp up to twice a day into your hot drink, smoothie or yoghurt. Take in cycles of 6-8 weeks. Pause for 1-8 weeks.

How are your mushrooms grown?
Our proprietary mushroom cultivation methods are a result of extensive R&D projects funded by numerous grants. All our mushrooms are grown in small batches on organic and plant-based substrates and harvested at their optimal maturity levels.
We employ a dual extraction method, utilising both ethanol and water to extract our mushroom powders. Our extraction ratios range from 3:1 to 5:1, ensuring a well-balanced extract that retains a broader spectrum of nutrients compared to higher extraction ratios, which often yield a more limited nutrient profile.
Finally, we pack our powders into environmentally-friendly amber glass jars, before shipping to you to enjoy at home.
