About this role

Your goal will be to help us accelerate customer growth through influencer marketing internationally. This is an analytical and strategic role for an ingenious and fearless quick-learner, who likes to measure everything and get things done. This role is perfect for a self-starter who is relentless in pursuit of growth and passionate about digital marketing and communication.

This is a full-time role with the possibility to work remotely or in our Prague or London office.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and manage successful influencer marketing programmes
  • Recruit new influencer and affiliate partners and build strong relationships
  • Negotiate agreements with a focus on percentage of sales (performance-based pay)
  • Optimise growth and conversion rates
  • Create frameworks, KPIs and a rigorous measurement and testing process; constantly monitor, analyse and improve the effectiveness of all affiliate and influencer marketing programmes campaigns
  • Compile and submit campaign performance reports

Required skills and experience

  • 3+ years of full-time experience in influencer marketing in a fast-growing start-up or scale-up
  • Proven record in negotiation and management of online media campaigns
  • Display strategic, analytical and creative thinking alongside leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, advanced English is a must
  • Broad marketing capabilities, in particular strong knowledge of affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and social media marketing
  • Understand data, analytics, metrics and statistics
  • Display extensive knowledge in ad-serving technologies, affiliate marketing networks and search engine marketing
  • Outstanding time management and project management skills
  • Strong organisational, planning, and problem solving skills
  • Action-driven approach and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements and minimal guidance
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics, SEMRush or similar tools
  • Demonstrate samples and results of previous influencer marketing projects
