Our Organic Almond and Walnut Flours are cold-pressed to remove their oils. This serves a dual purpose of helping to extend its shelf life with no need for preservatives, and also creating a lighter texture.
As a result, our flours are different from ground almonds or walnuts and are much closer to flour in terms of texture. They’re also more concentrated in nutrients.
