Product Manager

Your goal will be to help us successfully launch and manage products, deliver an exceptional customer experience and accelerate conversion rates. This is an ideal role for a fearless quick-learner, who likes to measure everything and get things done. You’ll take responsibilities in the areas of product management and growth marketing. 

This is a full-time role based in Prague, London or Los Angeles.

Key responsibilities

  • Champion product engagement and optimise conversion rates to meet sales targets

  • Manage products, incl. inventory and product specifications across direct-to-consumer and retail channels

  • Manage retail and end customer orders, analyse sales and product engagement

  • Execute and optimise product marketing strategy across multiple sales channels online and offline

  • Develop and implement promotional strategies for retail partners

  • Create frameworks, KPIs and measurement tools; constantly monitor and improve product performance and the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns

Key requirements

  • Display strategic, analytical and creative thinking along with leadership skills

  • Broad marketing capabilities, in particular strong knowledge of product marketing, pricing, competitive analysis and customer analysis

  • Understand financial planning, inventory control and product requirements analysis

  • Results driven and action orientated approach with excellent multitasking and organisational skills, as well as exceptional attention to detail and high-level outcomes

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements and minimal guidance

  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills; editorial level professional English is a must

  • Proficient knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics

  • Fluent German or French is a plus
