Even though the weather is cooling off, my body still craves something refreshing from time to time. Citrus is a great way to boost your immunity during cold season. It’s always nice to incorporate something cooling with all the warming foods as well.

I love using an Erbology Organic Rose Water Shot. It is subtle in flavour and soothing for the skin. With more wind chill and crisp temperatures coming our way, hydrating your skin is absolutely essential! Rose water is a great preventative measure to keep moisturised and hydrated year round.

This cocktail is perfect for a girls night in. Everyone can appreciate something that is delicious and equally as beneficial to their health. The grapefruit, orange and passion fruit blend so well together. The ingredients double as garnish and create the illusion of a chic and mature drink you may find at a nice bar!
