About our almond flour

Our raw, organic almonds are cold-pressed and carefully ground into our fine almond flour. Substitute your normal flour for almond flour to make gluten-free cakes, cookies and pastries, or add it into smoothies for a flavourful nutrient boost.

Our almond flour is also completely soluble in water, making it easy to make your own homemade almond milk. A refreshing, regenerating drink, almond milk has been produced by Sicilian monasteries since the Middle Ages and is known for aiding digestion.

Make your own plant-based milk.

Simply stir two teaspoons of our Organic Almond Flour into 100ml hot or cold water and mix until fully dissolved. Refrigerate and consume within two days. Add your almond milk to your breakfast bowl or smoothie, or treat yourself to a homemade almond milk latte.

Supply chain

Sustainably sourced.

  1. Our almonds are grown sustainably by small farmers in Italy.
  2. They’re hand-picked by our farmers during their harvest season between August and September. The unshelled nuts are immediately dried and carefully stored in humidity-controlled containers until they are ordered.
  3. Once ordered, the almonds are shelled and then cold-pressed and carefully ground into a fine flour. Around 2.5kg of almonds are needed to make 1kg of our flour.
  4. We pack the almond flour into environmentally-friendly packaging and ship it to you, to enjoy at home.
