Ingredients and nutrition
Ingredients: 100% organic cold-pressed oil from black cumin seeds (Nigella sativa (L.)).
How to enjoy: You can take up to three teaspoons of our Black Seed Oil neat per day. It also adds a delicious flavour to salad dressings, soups and pasta dishes, but avoid using it in cooking as it doesn’t like to be heated.
Alternatively, dilute a small amount in a carrier oil and apply to skin and hair. As our oil is very potent, we recommend performing a patch test first to avoid any irritation.

Favourite Oil
Black seed oil is so powerful in regards to boosting immune health and remedying particular ailments. I use this on skin breakouts as well as to drink neat when I’m going through periods of high stress or when I’m feeling run down. I love this especially because its cold pressed as well as organic meaning you’re getting all the benefits from the seeds contained in the oil.

Highly recommended
Another great oil from Erbology. I am already using some of the other ones (apricot kernel oil, sea buckthorn oil etc) and this is the latest one for my salads. It has immunity boosting properties which is perfect for the times we are in!

Beautiful healing oil
This oil has a rich history of healing in many ancient cultures. I love using it for general immune boosting, but also to nourish my hair. I use it as a scalp treatment along with neem oil once a month to encourage hair growth. I also add it to salads for a delicious (very subtle) pungent flavor with a hint of thyme. This is a very therapeutic oil to use in your kitchen and medicine cabinet!

Great benefits and mild taste
I’ve been using this oil for a while now and I compared it with others.
I think that it is great, espeially for those who want to enjoy the health benefits of black cumin (nigella seed) but are worry from the strong bitter tatse. personally I would prefer for it be more ‘sharp’ and stronger, but I do recommend it, and am very satisfied.
