Our black garlic extract is made from fresh garlic grown in Occitania, France. It is steamed at 60-75°C and carefully controlled for humidity for 2 to 3 weeks, followed by a cold extraction process. We then pour it into glass bottles so that you can enjoy the finest black garlic extract at home.
