Directions

Cold-pressed chia oil has a distinctive nutty flavour. It goes particularly well with warm dishes, including pasta, porridge and soup. Enjoy one tablespoon daily. 

You can also apply a small amount to skin and hair at night to moisturise and nourish.

Store in a cool, dark place. Not suitable for heating up. 

Porridge with chia and sea buckthorn oil recipe

First, heat up 7 cups unsweetened plant-based milk or water, stir in 3 cups oats and reduce the heat. Then, add in 1/2 cup chopped raw almonds and 2 tsp raisins. Keep stirring as you add in 1/4 cup agave syrup or raw honey, 1/4 cup raspberries and 2 tsp blackcurrants and/or blueberries. Add 2 tsp Erbology Organic Chia Oil and stir until you reach desired consistency.

Finally, pour oats into bowls and garnish with a splash of Erbology Organic Sea Buckthorn Fruit Oil and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
