Ingredients and nutrition
Ingredients: 100% organic extra-virgin coratina olive oil.
How to enjoy: As with all fine extra-virgin olive oils, our Olive Oil has a low smoking point so avoid using it as a cooking oil. Instead, drizzle liberally over Mediterranean dishes, roasted vegetables and dips. It’s also surprisingly delicious when paired with high quality dark chocolate.

Why we love our extra virgin olive oil
About our extra virgin olive oil
Richly golden, with the texture of runny honey, our Organic Olive Oil is a culinary classic elevated to its zenith. 100% coratina olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed to produce a completely unrefined extra virgin olive oil with a unique taste: bitter, with hints of pepper and artichoke, with a smooth almond finish.
Our extra-virgin olive oil is an excellent source of vitamins E and K as well as phenol alcohols and acids, secoiridoids, lignans and flavones. All of these nutrients have powerful free-radical-fighting properties and slow oxidative damage in the body. Vitamins E and K may also have benefits for the cardiovascular health and skin.
Olive oil is rich in monounsaturated fats including oleic acid, which studies have shown to have anti-inflammatory benefits. Olive oil may also ease joint pain.
Sustainably sourced.
- Our 100% coratina olives are grown on a single estate in Apulia, Italy by Valeria and Sebastiano, whose family has run the farm for generations.
- They’re hand-picked by our farmers during the winter harvest season, between the end of October and January. Around 5kg of olives are needed to make one litre of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Our olives are milled within 8 hours of harvesting and the cold-pressed oil is stored in specially temperature controlled containers to keep it fresh.
- We pour our Extra Virgin Olive Oil into recyclable amber glass bottles and ship it to you, to enjoy at home.

Tastes so rich and healthy

The best olive oil I’ve used. Perfect for salad dressings & lightly sautéing veggies. Highly recommended.

Wonderfully Pure

From the packaging to the oil itself, I really like everything about this product.
The slower pour bottle makes drizzling that much easier. I loved the taste, it was incredibly clean and nutty. The flavour of the olives really came through and is perfect for dressing or just to
Dip in bread. I wouldn’t cook with this as it’s too delicious.

Great quality
Love the aroma of this olive oil. I usually have it on salad or enjoy it with sourdough bread and a few drops of balsamic vinegar.

Peppery yet sweet...
This olive oil is wonderfully flavorsome. It has quite a peppery bite to it and yet is quite rounded. I would recommend adding it just plain to your salads. No need to add anything really as it strong enough to enhance the flavour of your meal. I also used it with roasted vegetables but added it cold after they were cooked to keep the goodness of the oil alive (also great to add to butternut/sweet potato mash at the end).
