Why you’ll love this gluten-free snack
Our crackers are different. Instead of using regular flour, we make them with raw nuts and seeds, such as sprouted buckwheat, cashew nuts and linseeds. That’s why this snack is naturally gluten-free and more satisfying.
In addition to protein and fibre, our crackers are rich in minerals and vitamins. Buckwheat is a source of magnesium, iron and vitamin B-6. Sprouting makes it even easier to digest and more nutritious. For instance, sprouted buckwheat is a source of co-enzyme Q10, which gives our cells more energy.

Unique and flavoursome
We love playing with traditional flavours and turning them into something unique and delicious. Garam masala spices add beautiful warm tones to this gluten-free snack, perfect as it comes or as a dipper.
Wash, peel and chop 2 cups celeriac, and boil with a pinch of salt. Reduce heat to a simmer for c. 10 mins and then add 2 and 1/2 cup frozen peas, bringing back to a boil for 5 mins.
While boiling, chop 4 radishes, 2 peeled cucumbers, 5-10 pieces sun-dried tomatoes and 1 cup sweet corn. Strain the celeriac and peas, then blend in a blender with 1 small garlic clove, salt and pepper to taste.
Next, add 1/3 cup olive oil to make your vegetable mixture more creamy. Place mixture in a bowl and add in 2 tbsp chopped dill or tarragon. Finally, whisk well. Enjoy with Garam Masala Crackers.
