We make our delicious gluten-free crackers with sprouted buckwheat. Buckwheat is naturally energising and gluten-free. It’s a source of magnesium, iron and B vitamins. Sprouting makes it easier for our body to digest, increases the amount of nutrients and helps buckwheat form co-enzyme Q10.
Greek olives and coriander
Our gluten-free crackers are made with raw, sun-dried black olives, tomatoes and seasoned with coriander. Whether on their own or as a dipper, you simply can’t resist the subtle notes of Greek cuisine.
Unique and flavoursome
Everything you love about crackers, but now tastier and healthy. Enjoy them plain, use as a dipper, or crumble on top of soups or salads.
First, preheat the oven to 175º C (350º F). Then, wash 3 medium eggplants and cut them lengthwise. Wrap the halves in foil and place in the oven for c. 25 mins or until soft. Once the eggplants are done, cut them into large cubes and place in the food processor. Add 2 small garlic cloves, 1 small onion, 1 tsp salt, and 2 tsp Erbology Organic Milk Thistle Oil. Blend well. Next, add 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar and 3 tbsp tahini paste, pulse again until you have a creamy consistency.
Take out and add some freshly ground black pepper. Finally, garnish with 1/4 cup chopped parsley and/or mint and 1/2 tsp chilli flakes. Enjoy with Greek Olive Crackers.
