Ingredients and nutrition
Ingredients: Activated Sunflower Seeds*, Activated Linseeds*, 30% Kimchi* (Chinese Cabbage, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Chilli Pepper, Lemon Juice), Unrefined Sea Salt. *Certified Organic. This product may contain traces of nuts, sesame, mustard seeds, soy and celery.
Store in a cool, dark place. Once open, keep them in a cool place and eat within ten days – if they last that long!

About our Spicy Kimchi Crackers
Inspired by the delicious, traditional Korean condiment, our Organic Spicy Kimchi Crackers are bursting with flavour. Kimchi is traditionally made by fermenting cabbage with Korean chilli powder (gochugaru), garlic, ginger and galangal. It supplies our cracker bread with a tangy, sour flavour, chilli heat, and an addictive hit of umami.
Try our healthy cracker bread as a snack or to accompany dishes such as soups and salads.
Sustainably sourced.
- Our sunflower seeds are grown in Eastern Europe. They are hand-picked by our farmers and shipped to us to turn into our delicious crackers.
- We activate the nuts and seeds in all our crackers to make their nutrients easier to digest.
- Then, we hand-make our crackers in small batches using a ‘raw’ process, which never exposes the ingredients to temperatures above 42ºC.
- We pack them into environmentally-friendly packaging and ship them to you, to enjoy at home.

They might grow on me
I was really looking forward to trying these since kimchi is one of my fav foods and you certainly go get that distinct sour flavour from them (albeit I was hoping for more heat/chilli).
The texture is certainly something I’ll need to get used to, it’s almost as if it needs baking a few more minutes as the flavours of seeds are a little too “raw” for my palette. Went great with cheese though. Look forward to trying other flavours
