Aronia, pumpkin and chocolate smoothie recipe

Wash, peel and cut 1 pumpkin into small cubes. To cook it, bring some water with a pinch of salt to a boil then add the pumpkin and leave it until becomes soft. In a blender, add 1 cup cooked pumpkin, 3/4 Erbology Organic Aronia and Sea buckthorn Juice, 2 ripe bananas, 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries, 1/2 cup of full fat coconut milk, 1 tsp raw cacao powder and a pinch of anise, cardamom and cinnamon. Blend until silky and enjoy with granola.
