How to enjoy: Add a teaspoon to your sauces and smoothies to thicken and add flavour and minerals.

For baking recipes where you’re making a substitution for wheat flour, we recommend using our walnut flour as part of a blend of gluten-free flours. It is very finely ground and the fats are removed, but it does have a cruncher texture than wheat flour because of the natural texture of the nut. 

Store in a cool dry place and keep in an airtight container once open. Please recycle our packaging.

About our walnut flour

Add a perfectly nutty twist to your cakes, bakes and breads with our Organic Walnut Flour. A great option if you’re sensitive to gluten, it also brings a warm, toasty walnut flavour to your baking. As it is completely soluble, you can also swap out your normal cornflour or wheat flour for walnut flour when thickening sauces.

Our flour is made from nothing but finely milled organic walnuts, making it a source of essential minerals such as iron, potassium and phosphorus. Add a spoonful to your morning smoothie to provide fibre, which aids healthy digestion, and protein for muscle health.

Sustainably sourced.

  1. Our walnuts are grown sustainably by small farmers in Romania. The trees are between five and 80 years old.
  2. The walnuts are harvested in October each year and are shelled when needed.
  3. We cold-press the raw walnuts to extract their oil and then grind the solids into our fine walnut flour. Around 2kg of walnuts are needed to make 1kg of our flour.
  4. We pack our walnut flour into environmentally-friendly packaging and ship it to you, to enjoy at home.
