Our rose water is directly distilled from Damask rose flowers. The high concentration of phenolic compounds make the hydrosol of the rose beneficial for our health. Rose water can be enjoyed as a beverage as well as used topically to soothe and hydrate your skin. Our rose water contains 0.1% essential oil and has a pH of 7. You can sip this juice plain or add 3-4 tbsp to your smoothies, juice or water.

Rose and raspberry vegan cheesecake

In a high-speed blender, mix until sticky 1 cup raw hazelnuts, 2 tbsp dried currants and a pinch of salt. Press your mixture into a parchment paper lined tray. To make the filling, blend 2 cups soaked cashews, ½ cup frozen raspberries, 2 tbsp honey or agave nectar, 1 cup melted coconut oil, 2 tbsp Erbology Organic Rose Water and ½ tsp vanilla extract. Pour over the crust, decorate with 1 tsp pistachios and leave in the freezer for ~3h.
