Do I need a vitamin C supplement?

It’s one of the most popular options, but do you really need a vitamin C supplement? The simple answer is: probably not. A healthy balanced diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables can provide you with all the vitamin C you need.

At Erbology, we always encourage you to source your vitamins and minerals from healthy whole foods rather than vitamin capsules. This is because you get much greater transparency about what you are consuming.
