    Chia seeds contain over 600mg of calcium per 100g, which is about 5 times more calcium than regular cow’s milk. Calcium is an essential nutrient required for strong and healthy bones and to protect against osteoporosis.

    Sustainably sourced

    1. Our chia seeds are sustainably grown in Latin America by small farmers.
    2. They’re harvested by our farmers after five months of growing and shipped to Europe.
    3. The seeds are then carefully cold-pressed to remove the oils and the remaining solid is ground into our powder.
    4. We pack our Chia Powder into environmentally-friendly amber glass jars and ship it to you, to enjoy at home.
