Our delicious gluten-free crackers are made with sprouted buckwheat. Buckwheat is naturally energizing and gluten-free. It’s a source of magnesium, iron and vitamin B-6. Sprouting makes it easier for our bodies to digest, increases the amount of nutrients and helps buckwheat form co-enzyme Q10. Buckwheat is also an alkalizing food. This means that it helps balance the pH levels in our bodies so that our blood can effectively transport oxygen and other vital nutrients for optimal functioning.

We love playing with traditional flavors and turning them into something unique and delicious. Garam masala spices add beautiful warm tones to this cracker, perfect on its own or as a dipper.

Everything you love about crackers, but now tastier and healthy. Enjoy them plain, use as a dipper, or crumble on top of soups or salads. Any dish can always use an extra crunch.

Sweet green pea canapé recipe 

Wash, peel and chop 2 cups celeriac, and boil with a pinch of salt. Reduce heat to a simmer for c. 10 mins and then add 2 and 1/2 cup frozen peas, bringing back to a boil for 5 mins. While boiling, chop 4 radishes, 2 peeled cucumbers, 5-10 pieces sun-dried tomatoes and 1 cup sweet corn. Strain the celeriac and peas, then blend in a blender with 1 small garlic clove, salt and pepper to taste. Next, add 1/3 cup olive oil to make your vegetable mixture more creamy. Place mixture in a bowl and add in 2 tbsp chopped dill or tarragon. Whisk well. Enjoy with Garam Masala Crackers!
