Our delicious gluten-free crackers are made with sprouted buckwheat. Buckwheat is naturally energizing and gluten-free. It’s a source of magnesium, iron and vitamin B-6. Sprouting makes it easier for our bodies to digest, increases the amount of nutrients and helps buckwheat form co-enzyme Q10. Buckwheat is also an alkalizing food. This means that it helps balance the pH levels in our bodies so that our blood can effectively transport oxygen and other vital nutrients for optimal functioning.

Baba ganoush recipe
Preheat the oven to 350º F. Wash 3 medium eggplants and cut them lengthwise. Wrap the halves in foil and place in the oven for c. 25 mins or until soft. Once they are done, cut the eggplant into large cubes and place in the food processor. Add 2 small garlic cloves, 1 small onion, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp Erbology Organic Milk Thistle Oil, blend well. Next, add 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar and 3 tbsp tahini paste, pulse again until you have a creamy consistency. Take it out and add some freshly ground black pepper. Garnish with 1/4 cup chopped parsley and/or mint and 1/2 tsp chilli flakes. Enjoy with Greek Olive Crackers.
