    Prebiotic inulin

  • About our Jerusalem artichoke powder

Our crunchy, earthy sunchoke powder is a tasty way to add prebiotic fiber to your diet.

Also known as Jerusalem artichoke, sunchoke is naturally rich in inulin, a non-digestible type of fiber which the good bacteria in your gut are able to break down and consume. That makes it a fabulous prebiotic that helps with digestion and immunity.†

Our Sunchoke Powder also naturally contains iron and thiamine (vitamin B1), essential for the healthy functioning of the nervous system and muscles.†

Why choose whole Jerusalem artichoke over inulin supplements?

Know exactly what you’re consuming and where it comes from.

Supplement capsules are often made with fillers and binding agents and some casings are animal-derived. Processed supplements usually provide just one isolated nutrient, while natural ingredients contain beneficial phytonutrients which work together in synergy.

    More nutritious

Whole Jerusalem artichoke is naturally more nutritious than processed inulin. Alongside prebiotic fibre, it contains iron and B vitamins that support your wellbeing.

    Sustainably sourced

    1. Our sunchoke is grown sustainably by small farmers in Eastern Europe. About 5 lbs of fresh raw tubers are needed for 1 lb of our powder. They’re hand-picked by our farmers during their annual harvest season of October to April. Then, they are dried within two days of the harvest to keep them fresh.

    3. We grind the tubers and pack the powder into environmentally-friendly amber glass jars.
    4. We ship them to you, to enjoy at home.
