Why you’ll love our tigernut granola
We were craving a breakfast snack that would be naturally gluten-free, nutritious and free from added sugar. And, that’s how tigernuts came to mind.
We love tigernuts. Actually not a nut but a sweet veggie root, tigernut is packed with iron, magnesium and fiber. Tigernuts have prebiotic properties, meaning they help to feed the good bacteria in your gut for a better digestion and energy boost.
Sprouted buckwheat is another excellent ingredient in our granola. Naturally energizing and gluten-free, it’s a source of minerals, B vitamins and rutin. Sprouting increases the amount of nutrients, makes it even easier for your body to digest, and helps buckwheat form co-enzyme Q10.
