You will be asked to provide via PayPal, Amazon or Stripe payment details that you represent, and warrant that both are valid and correct.

www.erbology.co is accessible only to individuals who meet Erbology terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit or debit card by a bank acceptable via PayPal, Amazon or Stripe, and who have authorised Erbology to process a charge on their credit or debit card through PayPal, Amazon or Stripe in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise and services that they have ordered.

Orders

All placed orders are available and accepted. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Erbology sells the products that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution centre. However, we reserve the right not to deliver selected advance payment products due to production complications or quality check issues. In such cases you would be notified by e-mail and get a refund to you credit or debit card within 30 days of being advised that an item has become unavailable.

Erbology keeps records of transactions for a minimum of one year.

Pricing policy

Prices that you find on www.erbology.co are in GBP, VAT included. All prices and offers are valid as advertised. Prices displayed on the website at the time of your order will be taken into consideration. Prices are subject to changes from time to time.

Acceptance of your order

Once you have placed an order, you will be notified by e-mail about the details of your order. This e-mail serves as a confirmation that we have received your order.

Unless there is a cancellation of your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between the customer and Erbology will be completed when you receive an e-mail regarding the dispatch of the goods. The sale of the contract is concluded in London, England and the language of the contract is English.

Erbology is unable to accept your order in the event of refusal of authorisation for payment, items being out of stock, withdrawal of the product or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria.

Erbology is not liable to you by reason of withdrawing any merchandise fromwww.erbology.co, whether or not that product has been sold. We reserve the right to remove, modify, or edit any information or content on the website.

Payment

We accept payments through PayPal, Amazon or Stripe made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard, American Express, and any other cards, which are explicitly stated on PayPal’s, Amazon’s or Stripe’s website. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account once the order is placed viawww.erbology.co. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the payment is not authorised, Erbology is not responsible for any delay or non-delivery.

Erbology keeps the details of your order secure. We cannot be held liable, however, for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering fromwww.erbology.co.

Delivery

Each purchase made at www.erbology.co is dispatched via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or DPD in the UK and via DHL, UPS or FedEx internationally. At the moment of delivery, responsibility for the purchased product is passed to the customer.

Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with Erbology products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange any goods within fourteen days from receipt, provided they are in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Products that do not satisfy these conditions will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

Please provide us your order number and details of the items you wish to return at[email protected].

We recommend that you use recorded delivery and retain your receipt as proof of sending. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment, unless you cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

If we have delivered the wrong or faulty product we will replace it or refund the price paid for the item and reasonable costs for the return shipment. Please note that we cannot refund for priority or premium postal services or for insurance.

We will process your return as quickly as possible and will exchange or refund the full value of your order, including delivery costs, by the original payment method, within 30 days of receiving your notice of order cancellation.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
