Where do you source your olive oil from?

Our Organic Olive Oil is sustainably source from a single estate in Apulia, Italy. Coratina olives are hand picked by our farmers during the winter harvest, milled within 8 hours and the oil kept in temperature controlled containers to keep it fresh.
